It must be used within a year from the purchase date.
 
Gift Vouchers used against courses or classes need to be booked on our website, and are subject to availability.

    • Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.

    • Space rent subject to availability and aproval.

    • Note that some of our courses are for intermediate or advanced students. (If you are not sure, check with us if an advanced course/class it is suitable for you).

    • Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

    • All gift vouchers are non-refundable and have no face value.

    • Bookings using a gift voucher are subject to availability on any course.

    • A gift voucher can be redeemed against the cost of a course, space rent or for supplies from Glass Lab Edinburgh

    • A gift voucher can be used to make up a part payment for a course.

    • Where the cost of a transaction (i.e. a class, supplies, etc.) is less than the value of the gift voucher used a credit for the amount of the difference will be retained.
