SHIPPING POLICY
Deliveries from stock will normally be shipped within 5 working days of my acknowledgement of your order. For non-stock items, or commissioned designs, the lead time to complete it will be agreed beforehand with us. Contact us to discuss your commission, and we'll trace a design, production and shipping plan for you. We can deliver anywhere in UK, and we offer collection in person for free: We would love to show us our studio, shop and workshop. For international deliveries, contact us. Furthermore, the buyer accepts liability for losses incurred in transit or due to the delay of the shipper.
REFUND POLICY
We do not offer refunds. If your piece arrives damaged or broken, let us know and send pictures within 3 days of arrival, so we can start the insurance claim process with the delivery company. Once we receive the refund from them, we'll transfer it to you.
